Tissue box cover in exotic Emberwood wood veneers

This handmade wood tissue box is covered in select Emberwood wood veneers. Emberwood (of the Caesalpiniaceae genus) is a veneer harvested in Brazil. It has a marked reddish, variegated, grain pattern that makes for a striking finish.

The cube box covers are designed to fit the Puff upright box but will also fit Kleenex. The inside dimensions are 4 3/8" x 4 5/8"x 5 3/8" tall. Box walls are 1/4" thick , box does not have a bottom. The box fits as a sleeve over the top of the box the opening fits nicely with the oval shape of the box.
